Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Get Off Grid. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time & Stock Availability

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders are shipped from our warehouse at Unit 9 / 1-5 Homestead Drive, Stapylton QLD 4207.

Stock Availability: If an ordered product is out of stock or we are unable to source it within the 7-day processing period, we will notify the customer immediately via email or telephone to discuss options, including an estimated fulfillment time or a full refund.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Custom Orders: Orders containing custom-fabricated or vehicle-specific parts will require a longer processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
2. Domestic Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
This section applies to domestic orders only. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Proof of Delivery: For large or high-value items, a signature upon delivery may be required.
3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries; however, due to the complexity and variability of overseas shipping for large or specialized parts, we do not calculate charges at checkout.

International Orders & Quotes: All overseas transactions require direct arrangement. Please call or email us at info@get-off-grid.com.au before placing an order to obtain an accurate shipping quote and arrange the transaction details.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Get Off Grid is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Damages, Loss, and Risk of Loss

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from Get Off Grid pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Damages: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please also notify us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at info@get-off-grid.com.au so we can assist you with the claims process.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier.

Once the parcel has been delivered to your nominated address, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.
5. Pickup
Local pickup is available from our Stapylton warehouse by arrangement (please call ahead) during the following business hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Friday: 8:00am - 2:30pm
